"I have been a patient with Dr. Brown since the beginning of the year. He is a very nice and caring doctor. Unfortunately he is a "pulling teeth" kind of doctor. You have to be very alert during your visit to make sure you don't miss asking anything. If you just need a prescription, this is a good place to go to. But if you have a serious issue and actually need help, I wouldn't recommend him. Getting an appointment at this office is a nightmare. He is booked out several month ahead and the office staff is completely overwhelmed and badly organized. I never felt in good hands calling there or communicating with them. Twice they told me, I could walk in, I came extra early, sat around for 2 hours and then they sent me home, saying the doctor won't have time to see me, even though I was the 1st one on the "walk in list". It's a total waste of time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this office even though Dr. Brown is a very nice person."

"This is hands down the best Dr I have had. The staff is amazing and friendly. They have a way of relaxing you. Making the visit calm and easy going. I have seen other doctors in the past and always felt like I was scrutinized and belittled. That is definitely not the case with this doctor and staff. Kevin, the office manager is a pleasure to talk to with any questions. Jessica is hilarious and very warm and caring. The whole staff is very inviting and make my visits pleasurable. I will never see another Doctor again. This is where I will continue going. "

She's a compassionate and empathic doctor who truly cares about her patients and spends the time talking to them to really address the whole person. You are never just a number with her. We need more doctors like her but unfortunately that's not the case any longer. She's really is one in a million and I'm so glad she is in my corner."
