"Dr. Cefalu cares for my entire family and we love her. She is personable and very very smart. She is up to date in her medical knowledge and makes me feel very safe with her as our physician. We were quite upset when we found out she was leaving her office but were relieved to find that she would still be in practice here in North Port. Were she goes we will follow! "

"They made me feel like I was a worthless contagion. The first visit I walked in with my infant and they made us feel like dirt and extremely unwelcome. I had to have my husband pick my son up so I could be seen. You are not allowed to sit on the chairs in the waiting area even though covid is pretty much over everywhere else. The office staff does not do referrals to save their life and there is always an excuse and blame on someone else as to why they are not done in time for my appointment regardless of the specialist and myself calling them frequently. Dr is condescending and seems like she tries not to be but it’s not a good feeling being a patient here and I had to reschedule multiple appointments over a few months and I kept believing they would come through but found out the hard way the lies."
