"The worst experience! Was going to this provider to receive my allergy shots, each time I did my weekly visit it was always a issue with with the staff and how things are ran in this office. For example was told because I have a weekly visit that I just will be given my allergy shot and not have to see the doctor then it went to I have to see the doctor, so now the doctor's office is able to double bill my insurance, because my allergy service where already paid to this provider. When I asked why I needed to see both the doctor and allergist, no one can give me a response which lead me to believe they are definitely double bill my insurance company which is illegal. Meaning this doctor’s office is not trustworthy, and operates in a very unethical practices. "

"Dr. Perez and his staff are efficient. The staff has been at this practice for over 20 +/- years. Dr. Perez took over the practice from Dr. Lebow who was very good too."
