Primary Care Doctors - New Port Richey, FL

"I was told to submit my new patient paperwork, and that they were accepting new patients. I spent my afternoon doing this and emailed it- as instructed by the receptionist. I waited nearly 3 weeks for a response. I called and asked why they were not responding. She said they did not check their email, which is ridiculous when I was instructed to send my paperwork via email. I told the receptionist this was not an okay way to treat their patients- I could have done the paperwork in person if it was preferred. She said that due to my criticism I was not welcome in their office and was not taking my paperwork. Happy to take my money else where, insanity. "
