"Dr. Alexandre Abreu was one of the most knowledgable physician I have ever encountered. After years of seeking medical advise for my sleeping issues. He simply listened to my concerns and shortly after summarized my diagnosis as if he already knew. He was very detailed, accurate, yet concisely thorough in regards to my sleep disorder. After my appropriate diagnostic exams he indicated, I was prescribed practical indications that ultimately fixed my sleep deprivation life long problems... he is highly recommended..no doubt"

"Called to make an appointment went through automatic phone directory. Then selected Doctor’s option 3 then 1 to speak to secretary. Explained to Joann I was calling to make an appointment with Dr. Perez-Fernandez. She said okay, and transferred me to a different Doctor’s voicemail. So, I called back and she would not answer the phone. I would wait five to ten minutes and call. After three attempts, I am giving up. If this is the staff just to get an initial appointment, I cannot imagine being under a care plan. Dr. Pérez-Fernández has a good reputation but a good doctor with poor staff is not a good combination."

"Having a loved one in ICU is a stressful time for all, but also having an ICU Doctor with little bed side maners is unexcusable. We were fortunate to have some great RN's watching over our father and keeping us updated on what the specialists were reporting. Having spent 5 days in ICU and never leaving our fathers side, we felt a distance and lack of information from him. He was usually seen walking the halls, not overseeing other units or rooms. At one time we went out to ask him an important question in regards to medicine being given to our father and was told to wait..mind you he was "teaching" / "instructing" volunteers or soon to be nurses, let's hope they aren't learning how to speak to family members. When he would come in to check our fathers vitals which was 2 times in the 5 days, there was no acknowledgement, no updates, not even a hi. Very poor people skills from someone that is working in ICU. "
