General Dentist - Miami Shores, FL

"The hygienist is amazing that is the ONLY reason to put up with this dental office. They can never provide accurate billing and become defensive and rude when questioned about incorrect billing. Dates of service are wrong, contracted amounts wrong, the administrative staff is clueless, if a bill is discovered to have incorrect charges they throw away proof and provide you with additional bills with dates of services that were never provided. The worst is when you have the dentist saying inappropriate things to children as a way to encourage them to brush their teeth. I wish the hygienist worked out of a different office as she will be missed she does an awesome job!!! "

"I would not recommend this dentist. There were several appointments scheduled with this office and each time I went to the office there was no record of an appointment being made. I expressed concern to the both the office manager and the Dr. and neither really addressed the issue. The only thing that was offered was for me to request another appointment which I did. However, when It came time for the appointment again there was no appointment in the system for me. "
