"Started a new job, in a new city, with new insurance and found Dr. Berg on the Aetna website. Called to set up an appointment because I needed a prescription refill. Was asked my insurance provider and then was told the next appointment was February, "Would that be okay?" Really? A three month wait. When I questioned this, I was put on hold for 14 minutes and then told I could see a nurse practitioner but would have to wait a month. Not the kind of office and service I am looking for."
