"If you are interested in spending hours sitting in a doctor’s office waiting for your appointment to begin this is the perfect office for you! I have been to this office six times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME it is the same thing. I show up on or slightly before my appointment time and I wait over an hour, close to two hours sometimes just to be seen. During one of my appointments for example my original appointment was for 12:30, a woman called me and asked if I would mind coming in at 11 and I agreed. I have been sitting in the office for over an hour and 15 minutes (almost at my original appointment time) and still have not been seen. I moved my entire work day around to accommodate this office and am now late for a work meeting that was at 11 that I moved to 12 to again, accommodate this office. This is every visit. So if you plan to visit have -AT LEAST three hours of your day open. Today I arrived ten minutes before my appointment to go over results, mind you they have already rescheduled this appointment, and was told when I arrived they needed to reschedule AGAIN!! Now I leave to go out of the country not knowing the results of my recent tests. This office raises my blood pressure and causes me severe stress and anxiety. I will not be returning to see this doctor or this office again. Lastly, and definitely the most unprofessional experience I have EVER had in a doctor’s office… Dr. Ahuja took a PERSONAL call on his cell phone during our first meeting in his office. I couldn’t believe it, I have not should I have ever had to experience that. I felt unimportant and like and inconvenience to him. It was awful and I could hear the woman on the phone, they were discussing a handyman situation at their house. If it were an emergency or if he had said I may need to take a call during our visit I would have been ok… ish… with it but I have never had that happen before."

"Dr Samuel Giday and the staff at Center for Digestive Health has performed my colonoscopies for the past 10 years. Instructions are easy to understand prior to the procedure and all my questions answered with kindness and respect. I was made comfortable and at ease before and after the procedure. Very little waiting. The atmosphere in the outpatient clinic was peaceful and calming as everyone kept busy with their patients. "

"Dr. Gaddipati was only interested in doing invasive procedures - which is clearly where she earns her income. She was not willing to discuss lifestyle changes, alteration of medications or other strategies before subjecting the patient to a procedure. She was also unwilling to listen to someone who knows the patient best (spouse). There are many other GI providers in the area - we will be choosing more carefully in the future. "

"I tried booking in the morning, before lunch and after lunch. There was always an excuse as to why she was late. Eventually I left and went somewhere else. Also she kept having me come back and they could never read the SD card from my Fisher Pakel device. It was pretty much a waste of my time over several months."
