"Called today to see if I can make an appointment, went straight to the call answering center or whatever it is called. Since the office was closed (which I didn't know, couldn't find any business hours any where) she informed me I had to call back during certain hours. I asked what the difference was of the call answering than it was to the office. She rudely and condescendingly said that the office was closed and she doesn't make appointments but she takes calls. This would've been a normal and fine conversation had her tone not been so condescending. I would advise the people who hired the call people to teach them professionalism as I myself work in a call center and I would NEVER speak to my clients the way she did. Based on the other reviews on here this place lacks professionalism. I don't even want to make an appointment here at all."

"Dr Alifonso was kind and listened to every one of my concerns. I never felt rushed. The issues I have are it's difficult to schedule an appointment with her so sometimes it will be several weeks if I can see her. Because of the scheduling issues, I haven't been to her specifically in a year. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired though. If you can get her as your doctor, you will have a great experience. "
