"Terrible Customer Service!! Despite the fact the the staff was told repeatedly that I live a $900 flight away and was flying in specifically for my appointment, they failed to notify me that the doctor was no longer available & I would be seeing a Nurse Practitioner that was not authorized to make changes to my treatment plan. I called to verify my appointment the day before my flight, and that's when I was told that the doctor would not be there. The doctor would repeatedly halt the appointment to tell the nurse something about my care rather than taking notes or waiting until my appointment was over to give the nurse directions. The second visit that I had an exam that required him to attend he was also not there and the test could not be completed until my third appointment. By the fourth one, the one I had with the nurse practitioner, I will NEVER be coming to this office again. "
