"i have been going to the office for more than 7 years when my pcp left and dr robert gonzalez was assigned to me .....he is just awesome he takes his time with his patients ....also show his concerns and really cares ........we need more doctors like him .......his staff is also very nice and helps you in anyways they can ....oh and the office is very very very clean :)"

"When I started at his office I was attended to by a Real Dr. Soon after she left and was introduced to Dr Crouse as my new Dr. I was still a patient the around 2 yrs after she left and was NEVER seen by him. Whenever I went it was always some resident. The wait (once placed in the examining room ) was extremely long. I would have to explain why I was there repeatedly. Each time they would leave the room, discuss with Roger, come back to tell me what HE thought about my ailment then leave again to rely my reply. This would happen throughout the visit. Wouldn't it have been much simpler to just speak with Roger? You think? This is a typical visit there. I repeatedly requested to be seen by ANY Dr only to be to that it wasn't possible because they are a (teaching facility). Well, I guess my needs don't matter. On my last visit after being placed in the examining room (and literally being forgotten) I went back to the front desk and complained. They also seemed genuinely surprised that no one had attended to me after so long, but did very little to help. I ended up just walking out and changing provider. That was an hour + I'll never get back. I have many different illnesses and if I wanted to be treated by a student I would have gone to their school and let them practice on me for free. Don't waste your time there. That old man Sucks Ass! "
