"After being diagnosed by my aging, previous ENT doctor with a deviated septum, I moved to this practice, Baptist ENT Dr Czerny & Dr Moy. I should have listened to my PA and gone with Dr Moy! I never heard from her or got checked on by Dr. Czerny after my surgery on NYE or anytime after, even when I called for advice on my pain, bleeding other issues. I received more care & compassion with the other on-call physicians in this group. Prior to surgery, I was told I'd have a 2 week recovery period, false, it turned into 10 WEEKS! I was never sent home with an antibiotic after surgery & had to beg to no avail when I & my primary doctor were convinced I had a blaring, post-op infection! This office staff was rude when trying to remedy problems and speaking with Dr. Czerny was unheard of! I was also billed $488 for a non-chargeable f/up OV. Also I had to spend hours on the phone with my insurance company to get explanations on charges not covered to correcting what procedures were actually done during surgery. I could go on & on, but then to top it off, I got a certified letter from Dr. Czerny informing me "she would no longer care for me/be my attending physician post-op, due to our Physician/Patient breakdown." This was due to the fact I had to go over her head to Baptist Admin to get my account clear up, file a complaint to admin & to my insurance. Dr. Czerny has no idea how to treat patients who entrusted her with their surgical care & how to handle post-op pain, complications, and how to act in a professional manner. The one time I actually spoke with Dr. Czerny on the phone after surgery regarding my sinus infection and headaches, she was rude and condescending, since there was no one around to hear her. Never again, beware!!"
