"Dear, Patients or those who are victims n suffer from chronic n severe pain. I like to warn you that I wasted my time n money going for pain management n seeking for medical treatment with Dr.Susan Pollan located in 150 emory st. Attleboro, Mass. I was reffered there by my primary doctor, who decided to take me off my short term pain medication and wanted me to try pain management for long term pain meds n treatments. Since my 1st appointment which was a consultation, they made me feel really uncomfortable n unwelcomed. They treated me n addressed themselve to me with a negative attitude, disrespecfully and unprofessionally. As if they didnt care about my long history of severe n chronic nerve facial pain (trigeminal neuralgia) n excrusiating back pain which i been suffering from n battling with for several years now. They booked 3 appointments for me in less than a month, in neither one of those appointments they showed any type of concerns about my serious, delicate n painful health condition. In other words not for one moment they showed any signs of sympathy towards how i felt. In those 3 visits i went they didnt even come up with a medical treatment plan for my medical condition or even knew what pain meds to prescribe me. So, I ask them if they can just put me on the pain medication i was on before until they can come up with a plan, Because i couldnt tolerate my severe chronic facial nerve pain n back pain anymore, because as they already aware i wasnt on any pain medication, since the day my primary doctor stopped them. Instead They began giving me a lecture n questioned me why my Primary Doctor stopped my Pain Medication and then told me that why dont i ask my primary doctor to put me back on the pain meds. So, I contacted my primary doc to explain my undesireable experience with Dr.Susan Pollan and with her assistant Nurse Sue Tracy n the miserable way they were treating me n handling my medical situation, the way they spoke to me with authority n complete disrespect, as well for they kept giving me appointments promising they going to help me, but instead i felt they were just booking me with appointments to rob my medical insurance for their money. Because every time they made an appointment for me for something to supposely help me treat my pain , instead all they did was give me a speech or a lecture as if i were there for counseling or for continuing accepting their annoying n descriminating insults. They treated me as if i was a drug addict or a worthless piece of crap. I also explained to my Primary Doc, that Dr.Susan Pollan wasnt being professional and totally misunderstood everything i was saying in my consultation and that she kept interrupting me when everytime i tried to explain my medical history, along with the several diffrent neuro surgical docs, difrent pain meds, treatments, therapies i had went thru in the past with insignificant benefit and just kept cutting me off and kept putting words in my mouth by trying to finish up my sentences before me. Not, to mention she admited to me that she wrote on her charts that i refused to continue on pain medications when i had told her that i was going to report her n her assistant nurse actions to the medical board of health n my medical insurance for fraud. She became very upset, began getting loud and mouthing off in front of my wife and my 5yr. Old son, repeatedly saying to do what the hell i wanted and for me to just get the hell out of her office n to take my pain med addiction somewhere else, then says she was all done and began slamming doors and murmuring undesireable words n fowl language in front of my family. So, I do admit i couldnt help but to respond back n defend myself with speaking my mind and saying a few things back to her myself n reminding her that i was going to report them, because they're not running a pain management center proffesionally, respectfully or properly. But, all the contrary because now not only my pain had worsen because of the strain n emotional distress they put me through but now they caused me anxiety n depression. Causing me mental disturbance n my situation to worsen. I wasted my time getting all my medical records from all the other doctors i had went to in the past like Dr.Susan Pollan requested to bring on my Consultation visit in which they made copies of, because they never even took the time to review, read or study them. Before even passing judgement n rubbing on my face that i was an pain med addict. I never asked for this to hapoen to me, i never thought i was going to have to depend from pain meds to help me deal, contro, relievel or ease my serious health condition n chronic severe facial nerve pain (Trigeminal Neuralgia) Also Well Known As the ""(((Suicidal Disease)))"". Because the pain is so severe that, You cant eat, chew, shave, kiss, drink hot or cold drinks, sleep, rest, concentrate, or even be able to go out with your family in a windy, cold, rainy, or sunny day because it would trigger the pain, you dont have the strength or the ability to play with your kids, clean around the house, go shopping, u cant do anything but moan, cry n feel helpless n depressed from so much pain, specially when it attacks you really hard.
