"Ever since I began coming to this office after release from the hospital at the end of 2017, I have been treated consistently by the office like I am sub-human, and do not require to be treated with respect as any other human being. Every message left with this office has gone unanswered, NOT one returned call. Not only from me, but from my insurance carrier as well as my health insurance agent that tried to assist. Any instructions given to them regarding insurance coverage and requirements have gone unanswered. In person, I've been treated with nothing less than disdain from the staff, with the exception of Kristen. Her lack of proper response time has, in my opinion, jeopardized my overall health condition. As someone who is financially and emotionally responsible not only for my wife and children, but my office staff as well, I cannot tolerate my healthcare needs being ignored on every occasion. "
