"Made an appointment to see this Dr. where they requested for my insurance information . Gave them the information and they never bothered to check on it. Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. When it was finally my turn to go the assistant finally tells me that my copay is going to be $140 even though they are an in-network provider. They could’ve avoided this by verifying my insurance when first given to them. Why ask for it over the phone if you’re not going to do anything. "
