"Called for new patient appointment, was told I’d have to arrive 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time,. Ok, no problem…, so I made my appointment for 1130am & was told to be there at 11am. Then, they call with the appointment reminder that my appointment is at 11am and I have to be there at 1030am…so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment for 430pm and was told to be there at 4pm & the scheduler confirmed to be there at 4 for 430. Since they messed up the first time, I called today to confirm my appointment time & sure enough they messed it up again & said my appointment time was at 4 and I had to be there at 330…What a horrible experience & I definitely wouldn’t recommend them because you’ll end up with higher bp like me…"
