"I have been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for over 15 years along with my children. I really like him as a doctor. He listens to you and explains his intentions to you. However, I am leaving his practice due to repeated scheduling nightmares. I had set an appointment 6 months in advance. I was advised by the staff that my appointment would have to be changed as the doctor would be unavailable. That would have not been a problem except the next available appointment was 5 months after my appointment. That is unacceptable. I waited a few weeks before calling back to try to reschedule earlier and the next available was even further out. Obviously, they do not need me as a patient if their schedule is that full. If this had been the first scheduling issue, I would have overlooked it but his schedule is always full and hard to fit into and the staff at the reception desk are rarely pleasant. No smiles.
