"I’ve been to this office twice, never saw a DOCTOR, and will never return here again. If you value your health, in my opinion you’d be wise to stay away as well. Both times I was pushed off on a student. I should add that no one was with the students supervising either one. The PA came in for maybe three minutes, listened to my chest and told me she’d order lab work as well as follow up on imaging I’d been prescribed by my former Millenium PCP (who was excellent) and gave me referrals to a cardiologist and a doctor to discuss my depression due to years of chronic pain. Had the lab work done as well as the imaging. Got a call and was told everything was fine with my bloodwork and they’d repeat the labs at my next appt, three months later, in September. A week or two later I see a cardiologist and after giving her copies of my bloodwork was I told I am diabetic! I came home from the cardiologist and called Dr Weibley’s office to ask them why no one told me I was diabetic! I asked for an appt with a DOCTOR to review my labs. Again, in comes a student with a laptop (and no supervision) and she tells me she’s going to ask me questions etc. I stopped her and told her I was VERY upset and was there to see the doctor to discuss these labs and the diabetes diagnosis my cardiologist reviewed with me. The PA came in, Stephanie, and when I asked her why no one had called to tell me I was diabetic she said “we thought you already knew.” She told me to avoid sugar and carbs and ordered me a glucose monitor with the directions to go to the ER if my glucose was 400 and notify them at this office if it was ever high like 200. No printout or suggestion of a website or information about Type 2 diabetes. Nothing. I then asked about two prescriptions which I had asked about at my first appointment at this office (and which my previous Millenium PCP had been prescribing for over a year and my PCP before him FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. She told me she couldn’t prescribe one of the medications, a testosterone gel, because it’s a controlled substance and a doctor needs to prescribe it. Well HELLO!!! I am at a DOCTOR’S office, not the local hardware store! I asked her to discuss it with the DOCTOR as well as the other medication for high estrogen. Never heard a word back. The next week when I wrote via the patient portal asking about the two prescriptions for the third time, she said the doctor will fill the testosterone but the other drug is not approved for testosterone replacement! Well - I was not taking the other drug for testosterone replacement - I was prescribed that medication (for YEARS) to lower the estrogen in my blood. I asked if the doctor could please contact me. Next I receive another message via the portal from a CLERK - not the DOCTOR who seems to NEVER be present, or the PA. This message tells me - again - that the doctor cannot prescribe that medication as the FDA hasn’t approved it FOR TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT and if I would like a referral for a new primary care doctor or a urologist, they’d be happy to give me those. Just unreal. They’ve been reported to my insurance company, and hopefully they’ll try a little harder to help their patients in the future. It might be nice to have an actual DOCTOR in the office for a start. "
