"Es por lo peor que he pasado en toda mi vida. Al principio tuve que esperar 3 meses para la primera cita y me recomendó hacerme una colonoscopia, luego me dió una cita que demoró y no me atendieron pues llegue tarde 15 minutos les expliqué que venía con la bebe y no había dormido nada pues había trabajado toda la noche anterior y solo necesitaba saber los resultados de la biopsia pero no me los atendieron, me moleste diciéndoles que ella si podía hacerme esperar en la primera cita 1 hora pero ella no podía atenderme por 30 minutos tarde. Que era tan grande su ego y arrogancia que su tiempo era más valioso que el mío? Me dieron la opción de mandarme los resultados a mi doctora primaria y nunca lo hicieron. Tuve que agendar una tercera cita y tuve que esperar 1 mes para obtener los resultados y no me atendieron tampoco pues dicen que aparecía en el sistema como primera vez como paciente y necesitaban un referido de mi doctora primaria. Les expliqué que como eso era posible si ya me habían hecho una colonoscopia y me dijeron que sin ese papel no me darían los resultados. Fue un trato rudo y muy inhumano porque si la biopsia fuera positiva ella juega con el tiempo de vida de sus pacientes o debo llamar clientes, pues una doctora real es más humana y al menos mínimo hubiera dado la cara para bien o para mal. me pareció una falta de respeto total la atención al cliente, y las chicas tanto las manager no tienen conocimiento suficiente del sistema de salud ni de atención profesional. Debo destacar que tratan a las personas como clientes no como pacientes. Juegan con el tiempo de los pacientes como si no fueran importantes y Actualmente tienen secuestrados los resultados de mi biopsia y no me los han dado aún ni siquiera los han mandado a mi doctora primaria. Es una falta de respeto para los doctores apasionados y entregados a su profesión y es una vergüenza para la medicina de los Estados Unidos. It's the worst thing I've ever been through in my life. At first I had to wait 3 months for the first appointment and she recommended me an colonoscopy, then she gave me an appointment that took a while and they didn't attend me because I was 15 minutes late, I explained that I came with my baby and I hadn't slept at night because I had worked all the night and I said please I just needed to know the results of the biopsy but they didn't attend to me, I bothered telling them that she could made me wait 1 hour for the first appointment but she couldn't attend me for 15 minutes late? That’s her ego and arrogance so big that her time its more valuable than mine? They gave me the option of sending the results to my primary doctor and they never did it. I had to schedule a third appointment and I had to wait 1 month more to get the results and she did not see me either because they say that I appeared in the system as the first time as a patient and they needed a referral from my primary doctor. I explained to them that this was impossible if they had already done a colonoscopy and they told me that without that paper they would not give me the results. It was a rude and very inhumane treatment because if the biopsy is positive, she plays with the life time of her patients or should I call clients, because a real doctor is more humane and at least she could come out and say something for better or for worse. The customer service was totally disrespectful, and the girls and the manager do not have sufficient knowledge of the health system or professional care. they treat people as customers not as patients. They play with the time of the patients as if they were not important and currently they have kidnapped my results of my biopsy and they have not given them to me yet, they have not even sent them to my primary doctor. It is disrespectful to passionate and dedicated doctors and it is an embarrassment to American medicine."
