"I was diagnosed with sleep apnea by Inc International Institute Of Sleep and Dr. Cohen was supposed to provide me with a prescription and my medical records concerning the testing for sleep apnea, in order to purchase a C-Pap machine. I called several time and many I was promised to get back "asap" but nothing! Today I changed my primary care physician and hopefully I will be able to properly take care of my health."
