"Terrible patient relations - avoid this group! Went in for a surgical extraction with sedation. With insurance they demanded pre-payment. After they were paid by the insurance company we were due a refund. One excuse after another, “5-months later” we went into their lobby, and LOUDLY demanded our money, which they still refused (no one available to sign the check). The office “old lady) in the front laughed at us. We finally received our check weeks later. We now understand why Dr. Elliott split away from this practice. "

"Setting an appt was a breeze. Once arrive, I was seen 15min after my scheduled time, not bad. But this is where things went down hill. The doctor Brar was very short and did not show any compassion nor was he thorough. It felt very much rushed. After completing the visit, I was prescribed a medication that can be sent to the pharmacy electronically. After 6 days of waiting, my pharmacy still has not received the submission. I called three times and went back to the office to politely follow up. Here, the staff was very rude and snarky about an issue their office is causing... just very inconsiderate. Unfortunately, all aetna recommends is to go see another doctor (which means waiting for an appt again)..... Horrible experience with this Dr Brar and Z Urology office."
