"This is truly the most disorganized doctors office I have ever seen. The staff are not at all friendly and don’t communicate well. They point their fingers behind their backs to direct you where to go rather than telling you or showing you. Or they give you directions such as “go to your left, first door on your left after the bathroom“. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. You go to the office for results and they look at you and ask you to give them the results. When you call the office, it’s not unusual to be on hold for 15 minutes or more. I waited for over two hours at an appointment once and ended up walking out and no one even noticed. The doctor called me about 20 minutes later to apologize for the delay. Every single encounter I have ever had with this office has been frustrating. I will say I do like the doctor, I think she communicates well, and she has a good bedside manner. However, the lack of communication and the disorganization from the office staff has frustrated me to the point of finding another physician. "

"I went to Dr. Green under the recommendations of close friends. To begin that visit, the receptionist took my insurance card to make a copy. When she returned I had forgotten about my secondary insurance. I apologized and gave her the card. Her reaction was as if I asked her to walk to China. I was a little put off, but apologized to her once again. After waiting in the lobby I was led into the room and waited for the doctor. I waited in the dressing for OVER and HOUR without any explanation other than the doctor was on her way. I tried to be understanding but it was getting a little much. My examination was fine at first, but she then began to shrug off the possibility of me having endometriosis after I was told by numerous doctors I probably had it. She said we can schedule a surgery but she didn't think I needed it, but I could set something up with her surgery coordinator. After the exam I asked the girl at check out that I needed to see the coordinator. The coordinator shouted from the other room "I don't need to see her, I will call her later". I think the girl at checkout was embarrassed as she looked in shock at me. I called the coordinator several times throughout the week and left messages with no return. I ended up getting a new doctor who did the surgery and did remove not only endometriosis, but my appendix as I was about to have an appendicitis since the endo wrapped around it. If I could give less than 0's for this place I would. I wouldn't trust them to spay my dog. "

"I still believe I have struck GOLD with this office. I have been going for years and I have seen the same faces ever since my first visit. The staff is pleasant and Dr. Sassor is amazing such wonderful bedside manners, Nurse Sandra is awesome I feel well taken care of when I visit."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Kuhn for more than 39 years. I have never met a more caring, kind and wonderful Doctor. He listens, asks and answers questions, takes his time and is truly concerned and cares for his patients. I have even moved 6 hours away and traveled back for my annual exams because I won't go to anyone else. I trust him and know that he always thinks of my best health and how he can keep me there. The best of the best."

"I debated about leaving this review for a while because Dr. Graber was a nice person however the office staff completely ruined my experience. for the first time in my life I was actually prescribed an incorrect medication, I had it filled and luckily I didn't take it. I was prescribed a 30 day supply of diabetes medication and coming from a gyno is very strange. when I told the receptionist that it was the wrong medication she told me " there are many uses for medication" which is correct but it was still the wrong medication. especially when he advised me I was going to receive 3 pills only. the receptionist gave me SO MUCH attitude as if I ordered the wrong meds. every time I asked a question to the receptionist she had a very condescending answer with attitude. I asked the receptionist to send my medical records to a specialist and the attitude from her was as if I asked for her first born child and took 3 days to do so. I also had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen. as a patient and CUSTOMER, she's confused on who pays her salary. I left 4 stars for the doctors bedside manor but will never return. There are plenty of other gyno's in the area with friendly office staff & I suggest you take your business else where."
