"I had a procedure done on March 9th I spoke with everyone even down to the nurses except Dr.Gupta. Dr.Gupta came in on the phone before My surgery he didn’t ask me nor say nothing too me only the nurses, techs and anesthesia made me feel like I was good hands. The surgery went well they ask me to scheduling a post up doctors appointment for the 7th which I did which is where his front desk told me Dr.Gupta won’t be available and would I like to see another doctor which I said ok. The Front desk and I went back and forth make sure I got the date of my appointment correct which he still got it wrong. Today which is the April 4 I called the office front desk to see if my post op appointment was current for the 7th and they said it was today not the 7th then hung up on the phone not taking accountability of there mistake. I called back another person pick up and said I can change your appointment for tomorrow at this point I was upset and frustrated so just gave up trying."

"I have been a patient of Dr Arai for several years now. He was not my first but is most definitely my last. Dr Arai and his staff are amazing! They are so helpful and kind. If you need a great gastro please do yourself a favor and set an appointment with Dr Arai. "

"What a horrible experience I had with this doctor and his group. I was all set up for a colposcopy and had paid the $45 copay and $70 for the medication that I needed to take the day before. I read and followed their pre-operation information they gave me to the tee, and took the medication and skipped my meal the night before. I had a headache all night long and didn't get any sleep, and the medication was painful. I showed up for the appointment on time and they started checking me in for my procedure. It took them 45 minutes to realize that they required a covid PCR test that they never told me about before the day of the operation. They wouldn't do the procedure without a negative PCR test and I had to go home to repeat the horrible experience all over again, because of a mistake that they made. What an absolutely unprofessional and unorganized office. I hope anyone who reads this reconsiders ever going with this group. I am so upset with this group that I'm going to start all over with another doctor even though I will have to pay the $45 co-pay again for the new doctor. "
