"The doctor prescribed me a birth control pill without doing any type of blood work. I was a 50 year old woman going through perimenopause and she should have checked different factors in my blood. I ended up with a massive blood clot (DVT), two months almost paralyzed from pain, and one year plus in incredible pain all over my leg and deep veins. After one year of treatment (blood thinners), the clot did not dissolve and it is now chronic and I still suffer from pains in my leg. I called the office several times asking to talk to her and they told me she was not available and if I needed to talk with her I had to make an appointment for an office visit. I was shocked and could not believe that she would not get on the phone with me after almost 20 years that I had been her patient. You never know how people are, until something bad happens and they reveal their true color."

"I've seen Dr Llewellyn for over 10 years and have always felt her care was effective and thoughtful. I am not a high risk patient, but as a GYN she has always listened to my concerns and addressed any issues professionally and with knowledge (and a sense of humor). She is a busy doctor in a very busy practice, but I'll take my daughter to see her when she is old enough to have annual exams and that says a lot about the kind of care and person she is!"

"I came to see Dr. Lee after the many reviews I had seen of his. I came in with concerns regarding trying to conceive with my husband. I asked that some tests be done as I was concerned - I had been trying for almost 6 months and my age with how many children I wanted concerned me. I was immediately brushed off and treated like a general patient. I know that guidelines are in place for a reason but also not every patient should be boxed into those same guidelines. Had the testing been done as I had asked maybe my hormones could’ve have been regulated sooner. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was disregarded. "

Expect to be automatically billed any co-insurance/deductible within days of your visit before ever getting an EOB from Aetna, Service will be refused if you do not agree to sign a large amount blanket credit card authorization or alternatively agree to pay in full for your visit and seek reimbursement from Aetna yourself. "
