"Where is the "0" rating? That is what I'd choose. The practice called Pinellas County Primary Care and Hospitalists in Clearwater, Florida, needs a complete and deliberate overhaul. Dr. Michael Wanger suffers from a serious lack of social skills and has proven he doesn't care about his patients by his pompous attitude. After struggling for over five years with various serious illnesses, I have made the move out of this practice. So many things, too many to mention here, were overlooked by him. When questions were asked, they were ignored or I was made to feel inferior for even asking them. The office staff could use some organizational skills and some lessons in compassion. Obviously, they are all overworked, or just don't care at all about the patient experience."
