"Although the doctor is nice and seems capable, her staff isn't. They made me wait between 24 minutes to over an hour for each appointment. They told me to come in early for my first appointment so that I could provide information, but when I arrived they just ignored me for the first 20 minutes. Then I was given a non-working tablet 3 times to fill in data. During the first hour of my wait not one patient was taken back. The room just filled with more patients the longer I sat there. Also, I prepaid for services and after waiting 24 minutes I advised that I would be leaving and I wanted my money back. They promised my money back verbally 3 times and after a month I still don't have it ($360). "

For some reason this practice has a standard time of 2-3 weeks to turn around a Biopsy, which is way too long, but what takes the cake is that after 4 weeks I have to call for the results and yes, I get an answering machine that tells me that it may take 48 hours for them to respond.
