"Very abrupt, abrasive and curt. Interrupted me to tell me to give only yes or no answers to questions that the triage nurse had already asked. Wasted 30 minutes answering triage nurse's questions only to have this provider ask all the same questions again. Claimed my record was blank. I filled out all of the health questionnaires and medical history forms online well in advance of my appointment. I signed releases for my prior medical providers. Claimed none of that was showing. Insisted on asking me everything multiple times. Gave her my prior doctor's name and she said she couldn't find him in her system. Googled him and showed her that he exists. She still wanted me to submit for the medical records from prior providers again. Horrible to deal with. I finally said that I was not impressed at all, I was leaving, and I would seek medical care elsewhere. Also, the front desk check-in clerk did not know how to count change. She struggled for 5 minutes to give me my $15 change for my $35 copay when I paid with a 50 dollar bill. She pulled out a twenty, ten, five, and 5 ones. She realized she made a mistake but didn't know how to fix it. She wouldn't ask her colleagues for help or accept my help. She just kept putting bills back in her drawer and getting different ones until she finally gave me 3 fives. It was the worst experience at a clinic in my life."
