"After experiencing lengthy wait times at my previous OB/GYN practice in Boca, I made the switch to Dr. Thompson & Michelle Harsh and have been consistently impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of their staff. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments with either of them, and the office staff is always patient and thorough in explaining any costs prior to my arrival. I appreciate that I am never rushed during my appointments and that they provide me with various options for my medical care. The prompt response time to online messages, within an hour, is also commendable. I am grateful for the high-quality care I have received and will continue to recommend this practice to others. "

"The worse doctor I’ve had. It was my first appointment after a long time without going to the gynecologist. I needed a prescription for birth control and since I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, I wanted to go to the best doctor. I was excited about meeting this doctor because I read really good reviews on this site, but what I discovered later was awful. But when my visit started and I told him I’m from Venezuela it became the worst medical experience ever. He is a hardcore republican, which I don’t mind, but he wouldn’t stop talking about politics in all my visit. I didn’t wanted to talk about politics, that’s not my topic. That’s not why I’m in the doctors office, I wanted to talk about my condition and if my ovaries were okay. The visit ended and he prescribed me a birth control pill that doesn’t even exist here. No call back to tell me about my exams. No nothing. I feel so insulted. This is by far the worse doctor I’ve ever meet. If I could I would give him 0 stars. "

"I saw Dr. Burke for my initial consult/exam after an insurance change led me to seek a new Gynecologist. The office staff are very nice, new office located relatively close to my home, which helps. I was greeted and directed to an exam room where I didn't have to wait forever for her to arrive. She has a fabulous personality, made me feel comfortable and calm. I highly recommend Dr. Burke."

"Dr Keith Aqua saved my life and my uterus and is a CREDIT TO HIS PROFESSION. I have never met a more kinder, gentler physician. I came in for a "routine PAP smear" but when he examined me and noticed something was NOT right. He insisted [even though I was asymptomatic] I come back the very next day for a follow up and ultrasound and when I told him about my rigid work schedule, he insisted his office staff work around me even if meant he would come in earlier or stay late. Turns out I had massive fibroid tumors. He brought me in to explain the procedure and to sign consents, he drew diagrams and went into the thorough detail and recommended I bring whoever I needed for my support system. He stayed with me in the office and answered any and ALL my questions. I had 30. In the preoperative holding area, he went over the procedure AGAIN but most importantly, he made sure I was COMFORTABLE. When he operated on me at Palms West Hospital (Loxahatchee, FL), he opened me and found 2.5x the amount shown on the ultrasound AND adhesives along my uterine lining. MOST DOCTORS would've saved themselves the trouble but he stuck it out in the OR and removed every single fibroid AND the adhesives. He gave me a fighting chance at reproduction especially since I was 29 with NO kids. He followed up and gave me the attention and care I needed. He insisted I follow up regularly and was gentle with me each and every time. I would highly recommend him."
