New practice, same wonderful, efficient, knowledgeable Dr. and assistant from the old practice, but much happier, healthier, organized atmosphere than before. Although it is a little bit farther to go, we'll follow this Dr. and Alyssa, as far as it takes. The rest of the staff is very friendly and we're never kept waiting and everyone is very professional and friendly! We have been with Dr. Riveron in the new location for over a year and will go to no one else! From our observation, all the patients are happy with all the medical professionals there. NCH rocks! "Seems like an excellent doctor, but too difficult to get an appointment. I tried to obtain an appointment a couple of months ago for hives and was turned down and told to go to urgent care, which was of no help. Still getting hives and was looking forward to seeing the doctor to address the issue during my physical next month. I had my annual physical scheduled months in advance for October 18th. I received a call last week that I needed to reschedule to January of next year. So, I have changed to a different practice!"

"It is very hard to get in touch with any of the staff. I called today in hope to receive an appointment or at least to talk to receptionist to schedule one. Unfortunately Dr. Alessi's office has an "automated" receptionist allowing you either to leave the message or send an email, which I did both. I didn't hear back yet though although the message assured that they are checking their voice calls every hour. I am in need of seeing a physician so I decided to go there personally and schedule my appointment in person. Guess what, no one was present at the front desk. I stayed there for about 30 min. I even saw a check-in list. 2 clients have checked in for today. I heard voices in the other rooms but no representative bothered to come to the front desk. Also the smell of warm food was present as I walked in. This is definitely will not be my choice for my family provider. Highly disappointed."
