"I was not impressed with her bedside manners. She really didn’t listen to me as the patient as I expressed concerns. she went to speak about her swimming and what not. She continue to vocalize her own opinion on things without even me finishing my sentence. I also overheard her speaking to her assistance or tech and she was rude and raised her voice. Telling her that this visit was not considered a physical but a regular visit. I am Glad whoever the person she was speaking to spoke right back at her. I have not been back since. "

"My husband who rarely goes to the doctor, started seeing this doctor about a year and a half ago, randomly after not seeing him for a couple months he got a letter stating that he would no longer be his provider. When calling the office to determine why that would be, they wouldn't advise why and said there was no chance on accepting him back, or asking the doctor why he was removed or if would be accepted again. My husband had a previous insurance and we thought it could be he didn't accept that insurance anymore. But apparently that isn't the case. How can a doctor stop being your doctor randomly out of the blue. My husband hadn't been in months, and it wasn't like he was being prescribed anything narcotic related at all. In this COVID situation in order to get a new patient appointment you have to wait months, and going to the hospital you have to risk catching COVID when you should be able to just see your PCP. "

"I have been going to Dr. Masri for decades now. He found that I had blood cancer in 2021 and referred me. I see him most of the time, and I have never had problems with the staff. Anytime I have questions, he does not hesitate to see me or answer my questions. I feel like I am in good hands with him."

"Highly recommend to steer clear of this "doctor". They will charge you for items that United Health insurance states they should not. Then, you have to spend months chasing the Doctor and their 3rd party billing company for reimbursement. Never in my life have I seen such ignorant health care provider.. SHAME.... I had to spend 30 minutes with the incompetent front desk as she does not understand the difference between Dental Ins and Health Ins. Even with United Heathcare on the phone explaining coverage to the front staff, they still look you in the eye and state that you are not covered.. The Doctor hides in the back while his staff argues with you.. Highly HIGHLY recommend finding a doctor that fulfills his oath to help people, not cause them frustration. STAY AWAY. I will be filling with the Medical Board.... The staff called the police on me when they realized they were wrong. The Doctor hides behind the skirts of his terrible staff. Really, I have no idea how the medical board lets this place operate. 3rd world Country healthcare right here in Ft Myers.. "

"Tried to get my prescription filled and Dr. Lemons refused, then wrote me a prescription for a different medication that I've never heard of and charged me for the visit. So I paid money for absolutely nothing. He's given me over 3 different prescriptions to try, other than what works for me with no side effects, and they all had terrible side effects and did not even work. Dr. Shaw scared way too much of my arm removing a flat wart with the laser. He would use the laser, then wipe hard with a cloth. The problem was when he was wiping, he put 3 inch scratch marks in my arm that were deep and took almost as long to heal as the removed wart. These guys are jokes. If you're looking for Doctors who are meticulous and genuinely care, then go somewhere else. "
