"She sent an email instructing me to call her office, only to not return any calls. When I sent a follow-up email to say that her office never returned calls, I received a call from someone named Alex, who said Michele Turley was not taking any more clients. I understand that a practitioner can accept whomever they want, but there are standards that should be followed, such as never tell someone to call, then not return their call, then tell them you are not taking anymore clients. This is both misleading and unprofessional."

"Called the office and asked for an appointment with Jennifer Parker and was told that she’s not taking new patients. Aetna website says she is. Staff referred me to outside sources. Very unprofessional."
