"Mrs. Asher is a great listener. She's comforting and reassuring from the get go. It took me a while to open up as I was skeptical and did proceed with caution(had bad experiences with a couple of therapists in the past). However, because of her experience, knowledge and compassion, she made me feel safe, heard and seen. She REALLY cares, focuses on what matters most and remembers little details from previous sessions, in addition to her calming and soothing bedside manner. That alone is a great deal. No judgement or blame. Just comfort, resolution and growth. She won't put words on your mouth. Instead, she gently guides you to find your way to the answers you're looking for and will only emphasize on a subject when you're ready to tackle it. I still have a lot of work to do on myself but I am at ease knowing that she is in my corner and willing to help. I always look forward to our weekly sessions."

"She is so understanding, and encouraging your child to talk about what the issues are that are possibly hindering them. I encourage many to help their children process any and all emotional issues they may be having and to seek therapy for them. She is one of the best and caring to give your child a safe place for them to talk. She also has a very friendly therapy dog that helps her with some sessions. "

"I went to my first appointment with this practice this morning but unfortunately could not actually attend the visit because a cash payment was required formy estimated deductible. I was careful to review the website before going to the appointment and the "first visit" page of the website ONLY says "Copayments are due at the time of service. Cash is the only acceptable form of payment.". Copayments and deductibles are not the same cost share classification. This office also does not file claims. The patient is expected to file an itemized statement and request reimbursement...which is not a standard practice for a provider supposedly contracted with an insurance carrier. The receptionist was not at all kind about explaining this as she started to direct me to an atm. This is a mental health practice and all I can say is that it is fortunate I was not in serious distress. "
