"we went 30 min early, as requested, to fill out new patient forms. then we waited another 2 hours to actually be seen by the doctor. we asked questions after an hour, after 1.5 hours, and again after 1 hour 45 min---- and staff offered apologies. but something isn't right with this office and scheduling. "

"Had a follow up appointment with Dr. Argentar at MedStar following a wrist fracture. His medical assistant was cheerful and helpful. I had a brief visit with him to visit new x rays. He confirmed that I would not need surgery and provided me with a flexible waterproof cast much more comfortable than my original splint. Visit was efficient and he answered all of my questions. I had a positive experience and felt him to be more engaged and warmer than in my limited experience with other types of specialists. "

"I am overall very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Svoboda. I did have to wait a bit in the lobby (30 minutes), but then once I was in a room I was seen by the nurses and doctors immediately. I had to get x-rays and speak with two other additional people, and didn't have any waiting time. Dr. Svoboda had great bedside manner and provided very helpful information and insight on my injury. "
