"This office does not have a good scheduling system. Remember that once you do your sleep study, you may not be able to see them for a follow up until 4 months or so. On top of it, keep in mind that they may cancel your appointment few days/weeks before your appointment and you might be asked to reschedule again and wait another few months. Below is my experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Vivek Jain on January 13. I met him that day, did a sleep therapy study later and returned the kits for a follow up study and appointment. When I asked for follow up appointment, they said I would not be able to meet my doctor until June (about 4 months of wait time) and booked me with Dr. Hunley (a nurse practitioner) on April 1st (April 1st was itself about 2 months of wait time but I had no other options although I wanted to be seen by Dr. Jain). Now, after waiting so many weeks, they have cancelled my appointment with Dr. Hunley! I called them and they told me that Dr. Hunley is leaving them on April 3rd or 4th and she has cancelled my appointment on April 1st. I asked them if they could book me with a different doctor or nurse practitioner and they told me they were unable to do so until June. This is definitely a terrible place to do sleep study and I would recommend against scheduling appointments with them. Now, I am trying to release my test results so that I can take them elsewhere. Such a waste of time. By the way, I was not called about my appointment cancellation. I got a notification through Follow-my-health (online application) and I called myself to see what is going on."

"This is the worst doctor that I have seen at Washington Hospital Center. This doctor should not be in the net work. I will never recommend him to anyone. Dr. Gross did not explain my diagnosis in a manner that I could understand and he behaved as if he didn't have the time to answer my questions, or even talk with me. After I tried to ask him questions he replied that I should take home the results, read it and if I had questions I should call the office. I sat in the waiting area reading the results of my sleep test and he walked out of the office, said goodbye to his staff and left me sitting in the waiting room, still reading the results. I was so displeased with his behavior that I took the results to my primary care doctor and told my primary care doctor about this behavior and how displeased I was. I was displeased with him from my very 1st visit when he criticized my insurance and made me feed like I was not welcome because I had Aetna PPO. His remark was that he was not sure that Aetna was paying anything. His entire mannerism was rude. He is a replica of his name. After two visits, I am confident that I do not need to visit a doctor like this anymore. If you are looking for a caring doctor who will explain the results of your sleep study, make you feel welcome and find time to talk to you as a patient, as well as answer your questions, then please do not go to Dr. Gross."
