Obstetricians and Gynecologists - Washington, DC

"I don't think in this practice they thinks that my time is important.   I have been kept waiting for over an hour.  No one came to the room to communicate what was going on, I was left just sitting there.  Clearly they over schedule people at the same time.  The staff didn’t care — they were just chatting with each other. Then Dr. Bohon used incorrect code to charge for my office visit. I wrote, sent a registered mail, called, sent messages through the patient portal, but she/her office failed to send a correct bill to my insurance. After many-many attempts to contact her/her office, I hand-delivered a letter to her office and left at the front desk. She called and left a voice message. She did not dispute an erroneous billing, explained that she has been very busy and promised to address the billing issue the following week. This was 2.5 months ago. The issue was not addressed. Her office continue harassing me, but refuse to send a corrected statement so that my insurance can pay. Very disappointing and frustrating. "
