"This Dr. didn't remember me when I returned to seeing him when he changed where he practiced. Even after seeing me and talking to me, he vehemently denied having treated me before, even when prompted. Felt like he did not listen that well in general, and did not remember me visit to visit...I would not recommend him."

"By far the worst doctor I have ever encountered! I honestly don't know how she has a license to practice medicine and to make matters worse, she supervises other doctors and has the final say. This was the first appt for my 15yr old daughter and her appt was with another doctor. At the end of the appt Dr. K came in and gave two options for medication. I have done hours of research on different medications. One of our concerns was the weight gain that her current medication caused and Dr. K knew this. One of the medications that she suggested causes major weight gain and is very hard to come off of. When I told Dr. K my concerns her response was, "We're the professionals." Every single question I asked was answered with, "We're the professionals," and when I would ask about other medications that I had researched I got the same response. Dr. K was so visibly annoyed, like how dare I ask questions or question her recommendation. She then looked at my 15yr OLD DAUGHTER and said, "Cymbalta or Effexor, pick one." I could not believe what I was hearing, what kind of doctor tells a 15yr old to decide on what medication they're going to take? Obviously, my daughter sat there in silence and looked like a deer in headlights. When my daughter didn't respond, Dr. K said, Cymbalta or Effexor, pick one" two more times. I then said, "I don't if you're the professional or not, my daughter is NOT taking Effexor." Dr. K then looked at the other Dr. and actually said, "I don't have time for this, prescribe Cymbalta" and walked out of the office. I am 46yrs old and have NEVER IN MY LIFE encountered such a horrific doctor. I honestly cannot say a single positive thing about her. And if this is how she treated us on our very FIRST visit, it leads me to believe that this is her typical bedside manner. She is "the professional" how dare you ask questions or express concerns. Clearly she has an "all mighty God complex" that is COMPLETELY UNWARRENTED! For all of you new patience when you're booking your appt with another doctor I HIGHLY recommend that you ask if Dr. K oversees the doctor that you have the appointment with and if she is, tell them that you do not want to see any doctor that Dr. K oversees. I have never said this about a doctor before, but Dr. K has NO BUSINESS being a doctor, especially when dealing with children. And after demanding that a 15yr old choose their medication, I firmly believe she should lose her Medical license. "
