"Had two scheduled appointments with Dr. V, unfortunately had no opportunity to meet him in person. During both visits was offered to be seen by someone else at the office claiming that Dr. Vennet is not available. Not an appropriate patient treatment, after all if I come to see the MD, why should I see someone else instead? Very rude and unprofessional office staff."
