"The phone staff aren't always as responsive as I'd like, but when they do get back to you they are all extremely nice. Dr. Haverly is great. I moved to Bristol having only received 1 pap smear ever. I tried a different doctor before Dr. Haverly and felt dirty and ended up crying when I left. My friend recommended Dr. Haverly and after I saw her, I was practically giddy with relief when I left because that visit was so night and day compared to the previous doctor. Dr. Haverly talked to me before getting to business and listened to my concerns. She is kind, smiley, personable, and conscious of any monetary concerns you may have if she needs to prescribe something. Love her!"
