"I use the Middletown off-site office. So far Dr. Ligham seems OK, it's his administrative staff that I have issue with. First, you can't call to make an apt...you have to go through email. Second, their web-site is not up to date and the admin asst. they have for him isn't even there anymore. Third, if you need to use a lab with them, make sure they send the specimen to a par-lab. Even though he participates with my insurance, I've been billed over $1000 in lab tests because the lab they use does not participate. Luckily, I didn't have to pay it, my insurance paid it at the Par rate as a one-time thing...but still had to pay over $200 OOP for a test that should cost no-where near that much."
