Primary Care Doctors - Norwich, CT

"Primary care provider for my wife for several years. Since my wife's stroke last year, she has experienced seveal related problems. Impossible to talk with doctor without an office vist due to screening by office staff with orders not to connect with doctor. Prescribed medication for a problem without any testing or physical exam which did not work, so whe ordered a test - a week later. Questionable whether office staff fully understands and relays accurate message. Example; called prior to last weeks appointment and explained problem, when doctor walked into room her first statement was "What seems to be the problem?". She knows my wife had a stroke, she has referred my wife to others for treatment, i spent several minutes on the phone with the, untrustworthy office staff, to no avail. Medication provided was not as stated by doctor. When I called back today "What is the problem?". Explained same as last week. Return call from office staff requesting more detail. I said same as last week, read your notes."
