Dermatologists - Danbury, CT

"This was my first time seeing this doctor so I anticipated a very extensive look at my skin. I did come in for a full body scan and made it clear that I hadn’t been seen by a dermatologist in many years but he walked in and out within 3 minutes. I could not believe how inept he was at doing a thorough exam. This man should not be practicing medicine of any kind. I literally spent less than 5 minutes with him. I’m 65 years old but being treated the was was a truly a first for me. Now I need to see a real doctor because this Dr. (and I use that title loosely) Knipsel clearly didn’t care about me, a patient. I think that says it all."

"I actually give zero stars. I have never been treated so rude at a professional doctor's office in my life. The staff was incredibly condescending and plan out confrontational. Due to uncontrollable traffic I called the office and told them I would be late, the woman on the phone told me to be there within 10mins after my scheduled appointment. I walked up to the front desk 11 min after my scheduled appointment and they refused to see me. I was in shock... But what about what the woman said on the phone?? We are arguing over 60 seconds?? What if I was on time and had to wait for the doctor, that is okay??? The receptionist in an argumentative tone told me to sit down and refused to listen to what the original woman told me on the phone. Then I was told the provider said I would need to wait 2 hours to be seen. Is that how people should be treated?? I think not. I will clearly not be rescheduling. Would you wanted to be treated like this?? I think not. Look elsewhere where you will be treated with dignity. "
