"After reviewing Dr. Jackson's website, I thought that she would be able to provide the care that I was looking for. I called to request an appointment and as I was explaining why I was calling, she cut me off before I was able to finish. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism I experienced in this interaction as she literally told me "I can't help you." I found this odd since she did not know what I needed help with. I would suggest reaching out to other EAP and in-network providers before calling Dr. Jackson. "
