"She got to the consultation 45 minutes later (they initially had me scheduled for 3:50, when I got there, they had changed to 4:15pm). Even with that, she let me waiting in the room for 15 minutes. During the consultation (and the appointment) we discussed about preventive care, she did not even give me all the exams I wanted because the insurance would not consider preventive care, she would have no reason to put the codes. After the bill, for my surprise, she did not put as preventive care, although that’s what I did. The staff and the manager were as bad as her. I said I would not come back and I got a letter saying that I actually could not, no surprise there and a favor they did. Anyway, avoid this doctor if your life is not depending on it (NP actually) "
