"When she was explaining something, I interrupted to ask a clarifying question and she said "I'm not finished yet". When I did get to ask my question, she didn't seem to be able to focus, and I had to ask her "do you understand my question?" and then had to repeat it so she could force herself to listen I guess. She told me to limit my alcohol intake as one of her recommendations - without even asking me about my habits, because I don't even drink any alcohol already. She seemed frustrated that I was trying to understand the test and my results instead of just taking her word. She could have explained some of the medical terms she was using, but assumed I would just know what she meant. I said "this stuff is so complicated" and she replied: "No it's not complicated. It's simple" and repeated the same thing she'd just said that I didn't understand. I guess it was simple yet too complicated for her to explain it. Dunning-Kruger effect perhaps? Honestly google was more helpful than she was and helped me to finally understand some of my test results and the medical terms she used when I got home. "
