A very important aspect of a practitioner's job is to make sure the patient understands - anytime I asked questions I ended up more confused. I have the impression that the reason she couldn't provide clarification was because she didn't really know what she was doing. I ended up with a very poor, expensive, and likely avoidable outcome under her care. "

"I had Ryan as my primary care provider. Our Dr/patient relationship started out great but deteriorated over time. I travel frequently for work and found when I had questions and/or Rx refill requests, he defaulted to letting his MA's who were less than competent, manage that aspect. The crappy responses and mistakes were frequent, making our relationship quite tenuous. At the end and I terminated our relationship. IMO, the administrative staff is who runs the practice at Mathews-Vu, not the actual practitioners. "
