Explain everything to where even my nine year old understood. We both walked out feeling relieved with all our questions answered and we felt he cared and took all the time we needed. He even explain what we would need from him down the road. I wish all docs were this great to deal with. "

"I made one appointment with a bloodwork from Dr. Rush. It resulted in $970 and most of the cost could have been saved only if she modifies the billing codes from diagnostic to preventive. My insurance company has guided her for it, but Dr. Rush absolutely denied it saying she puts the same code for all her patients. A bloodwork item was concerning, so, I made phone calls and visited her UC Health portal to leave a message to ask about it. Zero update for it. When I called her office, I often had to wait more than an hour. When I passed messages to the doctor/her staffs after the long wait, I got zero update. So, I had to visit her office twice for an answer. The answer was no. If I want to get any detail, I had to make an appointment with the doctor to cost me another $300. Does she care about the wellbeing of her patients? No. All she cares about is money, free money with little service. "

"Dr. Nash is pleasant, knowledgeable, and has a decent bedside manner. Office is the worst I've experienced and the practice manager practically had me in tears for her lack of empathy and non-desire to help. I asked my doctor to call me and instead she had the office manager call me. She asked how she could help, but then just seemed to repeat herself over and over as if from a script and as if she had no intention of helping me. Prescriptions were called in wrong, I was given the wrong test by an assistant, I was sent to facilities for procedures that were not on my insurance plan so I had to re-schedule, referrals were worded poorly so they were billed as diagnostic instead of preventative despite doctor telling me they should be covered as preventative and she refused to reword them. Appointment was canceled without my knowledge because the day they called to confirm, I was not at home. I was charged for an office visit above and beyond my annual physical even though I cannot get the office to tell me what was done/discussed that was not part of an annual exam. I guess I prefer a single doctor's office as opposed to a practice because I felt like cattle being shuttled through with no concern for my financial health either. I know they're doctors and their priority is medical care, but insurance is a fact of life, I have a high deductible health plan, and I felt like they just wanted money, money, money and didn't care that it was coming out of my pocket because of my deductible."

"This doctor was unable to remove a colon polyp and after 3 unsuccessful attempts referred me to have half of my colon removed. I waited two months for an office visit so I could ask for a referral to a medical center that could use a different procedure. He did give me a referral but stated that nothing could be done for it. After a successful endoscopic full thickness resection here I am to report that indeed as my research suggested there were other ways to handle it without losing half of my colon! "
