However, her staff should represent the level of service expected, and of course, you have to deal with whatever level of service they provide. We were looking for a PCP in the area, after moving from one area of Tampa to another, and found this doctor via the Aetna website. I was a little skeptical of so many positive reviews all submitted on the same day, but with an overall rating of 4.5 based on 29 reviews, I looked past this. We used the electronic booking method to request an appointment, and waited 3 days for a response. After this, we called the office and got someone who was rude, completely unaccountable, and unapologetic that we had not heard anything despite the request being for an appointment within a week. The person on the phone clearly didn't care at all about the customer, especially a new patient. Based on this alone, I cannot recommend this office to anyone. "

"After today’s visit, I want a new provider. I arrived on time for my appointment, follow the guidelines and even paid my portion. To go sit down wait another 20 min. I’m called back to sit again in the hallway with bunch of people who can hear everything. A lot of Spanish speaking. A lot of older age folks working here. Also the room walls are very thin, so your neighbor can easily hear you. I’ve been here multiple times & never seen Dr. Carlos Olivia. "
