"Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help or even listen to any questions you have. Very distracted by other things not willing to put you first or at least look you in the eye when you are trying to ask questions. Coming here was the worst experience ever encountered. The white lady at the front desk is the single most rudest person I've dealt with in my life. "

"Go somewhere else. This office staff does not care about you, they only care about your money. My medical request forms have not been filled out after 2 months and i cannot receive disability benefits & the office staff is clueless and helpless. Dr ester barraza did not read my chart on follow up visits and would begin speaking to me about illnesses that were not mine & i would have to fill her in about everything wrong with me. uninformed staff who could not care less about getting you healed and back to work, the absolute worst. "

"I was looking for a great primary doctor and Internist. I read some good and bad reviews about Dr. Naing. I set up an appointment and I am glad I did. She is great. She listened to everything I said. She talked to me and treated me like a friend. The best thing about her was that she had a smile the whole time I was there. I would highly recommend her. The staff was equally great. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and they were all very friendly and smiling. Wish I had written all there names down. But Katrina was very nice on the phone. The only issue that I would say is that there is a lot of forms to fill out on your first visit and a lot of it is repeat information. "
