"The doctor is great. He addresses all concerns and questions. However, the phone service is horrible. Messages are not easily related to the doctor. I've had to go to the hospital over health problems that could have been easily addressed in the clinic by the doctor. Instead, I was forced to go to a hospital where I had to wait for hours while being in severe pain and I walked out with a huge bill and lost a day of work. "

"I have been going to see Dr. Glavan for over 20 years. Wait times have improved, usually about 15 minutes or so. Dr. Glavan makes sure that he spends sufficient time when I come in, listens well to my questions and concerns. He prescribes only when necessary, but isn't hesitant to do a referral if needed. He is respectful and attentive."

"Long story short, I was seen the first time at this location. The bad grade is not for the doctor, but for the other doctors that work there and their scheduling staff. I was scheduled an appointment for a follow-up after my first visit. I tried to see the female doctor that was assigned to me (2 females - one Asian and the other Caucasian) but was never able to see any of them again, as they kept re-scheduling me over and over (total 4 times). They would just call me a day before my scheduled appointment to cancel (no reason provided). They should just have told me they didn't want to see me anymore instead of making me waste my time in rescheduling to only be cancelled. Very unprofessional. I would give a 0."
