"Mr. Effelt the perfect doctor to handle my situation. At first I was told to go to urgent care but I asked to speak with his nurse and explained my situation and they made time for me. He was a caring professional, examined me and made sure sure I was okay. But most of all he had the right words to help me get through a huge disappointment. The afternoon after my incident his nurse called me to see how I was doing. I really felt that they cared about my well being. I was impressed by the staff and Mr. Effelt."
